By commissioning me you accept the terms I indicate below.

✦ PAYMENT INFORMATION

• PAYMENT IS MADE WITH PAYPAL THROUGH INVOICE.
• PAYMENT MUST BE MADE UPFRONT BEFORE I MAKE ANY PROGRESS.
• PAYMENT PLAN CAN BE DISCUSSED IF PREFERRED (50% UPFRONT (SKETCH) + 50%(FINAL))
• NO REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE / only if I could not finish a commission due to major reasons.

✦ GENERAL

• You can request 3 free major edits during the sketch phase (Changes in face, pose, anatomy or clothes) Any other that exceeds the free cuote will have an extra fee, determined by their complexity.
• You can ask for weekly advances. I will send you screenshots of the process.
• Displayed prices are for personal use only (This includes self-promoting matters for content creators, like using the commission for thumbnails, videos, posts or streams)
• if the aim of the commission was to create any merchandise or anything in a profitable way, it will be deemed as commercial use. There will be a 100%-200% additional fees charged for commercial use.Important note: I will not accept FANART COMMISSIONS OF CANON CHARACTERS IF THEY were for creating merchandise .• Hyper-detailed character designs may have an extra fee.
• Privacy fee: +100% total price (Not applicable if it is for a limited time)
• DO NOT USE MY WORKS FOR NFT'S OR AI TRAINING
• I MAY REJECT COMMISSION REQUESTS
• CLIENTS ARE ALLOWED TO SHARE MY WORK AS LONG AS THERE IS CREDIT
• By commissioning me you’ll accept the appearance (with proper credit to you) of the artwork on my professional portfolio and social media.
